Resident of Kemerovo. In November 2024, it became known that a criminal case had been opened against him for desecrating symbols of military glory in connection with a post in which he promised to defecate on the St. George ribbon. Earlier, Panasenko had been held administratively liable under the article on the display of Nazi symbols and was sentenced to one year of corrective labor in a criminal case for repeated display of such symbols (we do not know the details of that case). On April 21, 2025, he was sentenced to four years and four months in a general-regime penal colony.
