Alexander Stepanov

Resident of Vladimir, journalist of the Tomiks publication. He was charged with calls for extremist activity in connection with the publication on the day of the action on 23 January demanding physical violence against members of United Russia. Stepanov was sent under house arrest. He pleaded guilty, accelerated proceetings were used in this case. On 25 March he was sentenced to a year and a half suspended sentence.
