Resident of Primorsky Krai. In June 2025, he was arrested for 12 days under the administrative article on public display of prohibited symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of the comment "Glory to Ukraine! Glory to Heroes!". Presumably, no later than August 2025, he was detained on charges of intent to cooperate with the SBU. Bedarev was taken into custody under the article on confidential cooperation with a foreign state. Presumably, the FSB said of him that he "agreed on the assignment of the Ukrainian special service to collect data on the facilities of the Russian
