Biography
Resident of Novokuznetsk. Leading specialist of the technical audit centre of Russian Railways (RZhD). In July 2024, he was taken into custody on charges of participation in a terrorist organisation due to his alleged involvement in "Artpodgotovka", an informal movement of supporters of politician Vyacheslav Maltsev.
At the same time, the investigation claims that Demchenko is involved in a case regarding the preparation of a terrorist attack, the details of which are unknown. Another native of the Kemerovo Region, Yury Martyanov, who was taken into custody on charges of committing a terrorist attack in July 2024, testified against him.
