Alexey Sergeyev
Biography
Resident of Voronezh region. On 4 June 2025, Sergeyev broke a stand at a bus stop in Novaya Usmani with a banner for Victory Day, on which the St George's ribbon was displayed, and then stepped on the fallen banner. He was prosecuted for desecration of the symbol of military glory.
On 15 December 2025, the court sentenced him to six months in a penal colony.
