The Sota Vision publication notes that there are inconsistencies in the protocols with the testimony of the witness: for example, it follows from some testimony that the Molotov cocktail tests they conducted in the forest were successful, and from others that the incendiary mixture did not catch fire. In February 2026, Yanochkin was supposedly released.
