Biography
An activist from Moscow and a member of the Freies Russland NRW (“Free Russia North Rhine-Westphalia”) association. In 2022, she moved to Germany to study and participated in anti-war and anti-Putin actions in Europe. A case was opened against her for spreading “fake news” about the Russian army motivated by hatred. The outlet Ostorozhno, Novosti, without naming its source, reported that the case was initiated over a video by Freies Russland NRW from an anti-war rally in Berlin, in which Shumskikh condemned Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
