A resident of Krasnodar. Activist, SOTAVision correspondent. After being detained at an anti-war rally on February 24th 2022, Sultanbegova was threatened that she would be taken to the border with Ukraine, then promised to initiate a case of high treason. In March 2022, she was fined 30,000 roubles under the administrative article on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of her avatar with the inscription "No to War". In addition, at the end of April 2023, the Leninsky District Court of Krasnodar received another administrative case for the activist under the same article - the protocol was drawn up for her because of her Instagram stories with an anti-war drawing by schoolgirl Masha Moskaleva from the town of Efremov, Tula region, daughter of Alexei Moskalev. Sultanbegova left Russia after she found a letter in her mailbox from the Investigative Committee with a ruling to open a criminal case. The reason for the case was a protest action on the anniversary of the beginning of the war at the monument to Taras Shevchenko. At the end of May 2023, three acquaintances of Sultanbegova were searched as witnesses in her case.
