Anatolii Evtushenko

A resident of Stavropol Krai. On 28 January 2022, a search was carried out at his home. A criminal case was initiated against him for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation due to his involvement in the Jehovah’s Witnesses community. Members of this community are prosecuted under extremism-related articles solely for their religious activities, such as holding meetings and worship services and attracting new followers. On 23 December 2025, Evtushenko was sentenced to two years in a general-regime penal colony.
