On 31 May 2012, he was charged with participation in the activities of a public or religious association against which a court decision on liquidation due to extremist activities had come into force; on 11 December, the court ruled that the charge was unlawful; however, even before that, in November, the investigation had re-filed the same charge; on 29 July 2014, he was sentenced to a fine of 50,000 rubles (exempted from payment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations); on 12 December, the Rostov Regional Court overturned the decision of the Taganrog court and 30 November sentenced
