Andrei Privalov
Biography
A resident of Abaza in the Republic of Khakassia. His home was searched on 23 October 2025 as part of a case of an alleged extremist organisation. Following the search, Privalov was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility in Uyar, after which he was placed in custody.
He is a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses community, which has been baselessly designated as an extremist organisation and banned in the Russian Federation.
