Biography
A resident of Ulyanovsk city, Muchkin was reportedly stalking the family of his ex-wife, according to unconfirmed information. He was accused of failing to pay alimony, which led to a confrontation with a bailiff and a traffic police officer who attempted to seize his car as part of the enforcement process. As a result, a criminal case was opened against him for insulting and using violence against a public official.
