Biography
Resident of Khabarovsk. On 6 June 2022, a case was brought against him for insulting the religious feelings of believers because of his statements at an anti-war rally: in particular, he called the patriarch the Antichrist. Tsapkalenko was obliged to appear. On 28 December 2022, the case was dismissed for lack of corpus delicti.
