Former employee of Navalny's headquarters in Chelyabinsk. On 17 February 2021 Kiseleva was detained and interrogated as a suspect in the case of blocking roads during a rally in support of Alexei Navalny on 31 January. An obligation to appear was taken.
On 6 December, the case was terminated at the investigation stage.
