Biography
Human rights defender, activist from Gatchina, former volunteer of Navalny's headquarters. He held rallies in support of Navalny in 2017. In the spring and autumn of 2018, Grachev, who participated in the activities of Navalny's headquarters, was repeatedly detained, arrested and fined. In 2019, he planned to run as a municipal candidate. On 24 September 2022, Grachev was detained in the framework of the case of a false report of mines. The reason was the call of an unknown person about the mines of the Moscow district court of St. Petersburg. On 25 September Grachev was released on a recognisance to appear.
