Arkady Yankovsky

Novosibirsk politician, former State Duma deputy. Left Russia. In November 2022, became one of the members of the "Congress of People's Deputies of Russia" established in Poland, which was recognised as a terrorist organisation in 2025. In September 2025, it was included in the register of "foreign agents". Later, the Novosibirsk telegram channel "Right to Left", associated with law enforcers, wrote that a case of evasion of duties of a "foreign agent" was opened against Yankovsky. In March 2026, it became known that he was put on a wanted list.
