A former PhD student of Vladimir State University. He was prosecuted for public justification of terrorism because of leaflets against war. He was under house arrest, was expelled from graduate school because he could not pay tuition fees. On June 29, 2023 Kirasirov was sentenced to a fine of 200 thousand rubles.
