Biography
Resident of the city of Kazan. Detained on 24 April 2018 on suspicion of cooperation with Hizb ut-Tahrir. On 25 April, a Kazan court sent him to custody. Valov was accused of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation.
On 22 January 2020, he was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
