Biography
An activist from the Altai Republic. On 26 August 2025, she was added to the Rosfinmonitoring list of "terrorists and extremists" with a specific designation used for those prosecuted under terrorism-related charges.
On 24 September, a search was conducted at her home, after which she was detained in a criminal case involving public calls for terrorism over certain video messages.
SOTAvision noted that on the day of her detention, Arna had been due to fly to Moscow to deliver thousands of signatures calling for the resignation of Governor Andrei Turchak.
