Biography
A resident of Moscow, a former employee of the Promtechnologia arms factory and a shooting instructor. In April 2023, he was detained and taken into custody on charges of high treason. On 7 October 2024, Kicha was sentenced to 17 years in a strict regime penal colony. A case was also initiated against him for participating in the activities of a terrorist organisation.
