Dmitry Fonarev

On 11 March 2014, Fonarev was detained in connection with hanging the flag of the Federal Republic of Germany on the building of the Kaliningrad Oblast FSS; initially Fonarev was accused of swearing and sentenced to administrative arrest, after which his flat was searched; when the administrative arrest was about to expire, Fonarev was given another term of administrative arrest for allegedly smoking marijuana in his cell (it was not him, but his cellmates who smoked it, but the results of an examination, apparently falsified, showed the presence of marijuana in his blood); at the end of April he was detained on charges of hooliganism, after which he was ordered to be remanded in custody; the investigation claimed that Fonarev, together with Oleg Savvin and Mikhail Feldman, committed the act of hooliganism with the motive of hatred towards veterans; On 17 June 2015, he was sentenced to a year and a month of imprisonment served in pre-trial detention and released in the courtroom; on 7 October, the court of second instance upheld the sentence, although the prosecutor requested that Fonarev's sentence be reduced for "confession of guilt"; the hate motive was excluded from the charges
