A resident of Tynda (Amur Region). He allegedly acted as an FSB informant in the case involving the local Jehovah’s Witnesses community. In 2021, a news item appeared on the city administration’s website describing him as a "self-styled 'correspondent'" who "goes around cultural and educational institutions" and "insults staff members." The same article states that Nurakov was fined under an administrative statute regarding insults following a conflict with an employee of the local House of Culture. In 2021, a news item appeared on the city administration’s website describing him as a "self-styled 'correspondent'" who "goes around cultural and educational institutions" and "insults staff members." The same article states that Nurakov was fined under an administrative statute regarding insults following a conflict with an employee of the local House of Culture. Furthermore, he was twice held administratively liable under the statute prohibiting the "discrediting" of the Armed Forces; administrative protocols were also drawn up against him for violating election campaigning rules and for evading the payment of a fine. A criminal case was opened against him on charges of discrediting the Armed Forces. On July 4, 2024, Nurakov was sentenced to one and a half years in a penal settlement. He was reportedly released in January 2026.
