Eduard Baltykov
Biography
Resident of Kalmykia, broker. On 10 December 2025, he was taken into custody in Moscow on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. Telegram channel "Beware of the News" claims that Baltikov "wanted to create a 'state of Bumbin Orn'" (the name of the country of the Oirats from a folk epic) on the basis of the republic.
