Biography
Detained on 27 July 2019 during the dispersal of a rally for fair elections in Moscow. On 29 July he was arrested for 13 days under the administrative article on petty hooliganism. On 2 September it became known that he was in a temporary detention centre and taken into custody on charges of using violence against a representative of the authorities.
On 9 December, he was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony. On 29 January 2020, the appellate court reduced the term by three months. In October 2021, it became known that due to alleged multiple violations of

In October 2021, it became known that due to alleged multiple violations of the regime Malyshevsky was transferred from the general regime colony to a single cell-type room on the territory of the strict regime colony. He was released on 14 March 2022.
