Student of the Polytechnic University in St. Petersburg. According to unconfirmed reports, several criminal cases have been opened against him: among them a case of false report of a mine bombing and a case of involvement in mass riots and public justification of terrorism. In the second case, Pavlov was detained after a search, but then released under recognizance not to leave. Later, the charge under the article on mass riots was reclassified to calls for them. On 14 December 2023, Pavlov was sentenced, details are unknown.
