Activist from Moscow. On the night of 2 August 2019, Zhukov's residence was searched in a case of mass disorder in connection with a manifestation against the non-admission of opposition candidates to the Moscow City Duma elections, after which he was taken for questioning and charged. The same day he was taken into custody by court order. On 3 September Zhukov was placed under house arrest. On the same day it became known that the charge of participation in mass riots was dropped, but he was charged with calls for extremist activity.
