Citizen of Ukraine and Russia. Former military servicewoman, nurse. In February 2017, she resigned for health reasons. She was allegedly detained on the territory of Luhansk region in March 2022. Kuzmenko was accused of participation in the activities of a terrorist community, she was taken recognizance not to leave . On 6 October 2023, she was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony, the term is unknown.
