Elena Penza
Biography
Elena Penza is a resident of Nova Kakhovka (Kherson Oblast, Ukraine). A criminal case was opened against her on charges of high treason over money transfers made to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. On 21 July 2025, Penza was sentenced to 12 years in a general-regime penal colony.
