On 29 September 2019, a case was opened on participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. A signature on non-departure was taken. 16 February 2021 sentenced to a fine of 10 thousand rubles. On 22 April, the appeal court commuted the punishment to a two and a half year suspended prison sentence. On 21 June 2022, the court cancelled Reino-Chernyshova's sentence and removed her criminal record.
