Elnar Efimov

A resident of Kazan. He was detained in February 2021 in connection with the case on incitement to mass riots related to the rallies in support of Alexei Navalny, taken into custody. On August 5, 2021, Efimov was sentenced to one and a half years in a penal colony. On December 30, of the same year, he was released.
