Esen Baikubenov
Biography
A resident of Astrakhan. He was prosecuted for calls to violate the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation because of a post in Odnoklassniki in which he suggested holding a referendum on the region's secession from the Russian Federation. On 5 July 2018, Baikubenov was sentenced to a year and a half suspended sentence.
