A resident of the town of Rezh (Sverdlovsk region). A case was opened against him for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation because of his involvement with "citizens of the USSR".
In January 2026, it went to court. The state prosecutor asked to release the man from criminal liability and to apply to him compulsory measures of medical nature. On 28 January 2026, the court made a decision to this effect. 28.01.2026
