Resident of Tver. Detained on 6 June 2023 and brought to Moscow. Resident of Tver. Detained on 6 June 2023 and brought to Moscow. As part of the case against the anti-war movement "Viasna", accused of creating an extremist community, dissemination by a group of persons of disrespectful information about the days of military glory, public calls for actions against the security of the state, committed by an organised group, dissemination of deliberately false information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation by a group of persons with a hate motive, and creation of a non-profit organisation infringing on the personality and rights of citizens (this charge was later excluded by the court due to the expiration of the statute of limitations). On 8 June he was taken into custody. In July, Ksenzhepolski said that law enforcers tried to recruit him in the pre-trial detention centre. In October, it was reported that he had not received food and clothing parcels for weeks. In January 2024, Ksenzhepolski's support group reported that he had not received some of the parcels sent to him in the pre-trial detention centre. On 8 April 2026, Ksenzhepolski was sentenced to 11 years in a general regime colony.
