Igor Muliar
Biography
He is a Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner. Charges were brought against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov Brigade. In June 2025, the case was referred to the court. On 16 October 2025, Muliar was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime colony.
