Resident of Sakhalin city. On 3 April 2024, he was taken into custody in St. Petersburg on the case of participation and involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation in connection with his involvement in the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely for religious activities: meetings, joint worship services, attracting new supporters.
On 28 October 2024, the court returned Muravyov's case to the prosecutor's office.
On 11 June 2025, the court sentenced the believer to a fine of 600 thousand rubles.
