Biography
Resident of Sochi. He has been in custody since September 2021, was transferred to Moscow after being detained. Charged with incitement to mass riots, incitement to hatred by an organised group and illegal possession of explosives.
Nagibin said that during the detention he was sprayed with tear gas, although he did not resist. Because of this, Nagibin lost his vision for a while and got a throat burn: his voice never recovered. During the search at his home they found gunpowder - Nagibin claimed that he did not know who the substance belonged to.

Since the early summer of 2023, he suffered from a severe cold, and the administration of the pre-trial detention centre did not provide him with medical care for a long time.
On 13 September, Nagibin had a package stolen in Moscow pre-trial detention centre-4 "Medved", which, among other things, contained the medication he needed. It was probably done by the FSIN officers, as at the moment when the items went missing all of Nagibin's cellmates were out for a walk. He himself was in court at the time.
On 5 April 2024, he was sentenced to eight years of general regime colony and a fine of 15 thousand rubles.
