Igor Paskar

Resident of Volgograd. Has been convicted of theft and drug trafficking. According to unconfirmed information, he participated in a rally in support of Alexei Navalny in Moscow in 2021. At the first session Paskar talked about torture after his detention. In February 2023, it was reported that the letters have not been passed on to Paskar in the pre-trial detention centre since the New Year. In March it emerged that that the letters were being passed again. On 31 May Paskar was sentenced to eight and a half years in a strict regime colony. In the pre-trial detention centre Paskar has been beaten, presumably by the war veterans, with whom he was placed.
