Biography
A resident of Yuryev-Polsky (Vladimir Region). A criminal case for defamation was opened against him over a collage in which military propagandist Sergei Trubkin was “dressed” in a Nazi uniform, after which the Nazi insignia were replaced with symbols of the “special military operation.” On 19 May 2023, Petrov was fined for 60,000 rubles. On 22 August 2023, an appellate court overturned the verdict and returned the case to the prosecutor’s office. The case was sent for additional investigation.
