Ilia Shkalikov
Biography
An architect from Ivanovo Region, he left Russia in April 2022. In January 2025, a case of financing extremist activities was opened against him because of seven donations of 500 roubles to Anti-Corruption Foundation.
In September, Shkalikov was put on a wanted list, and in October he was arrested in absentia.
