Irina Zinina
Biography
A resident of the Krasnodar region. Worked as a seamstress, saleswoman, boiler operator, construction worker, programmer, and nurse. On 13 February 2022, her home was searched. On 22 July 2023, Zinina was summoned for questioning in the case of participation in the activities of an extremist organisation in connection with involvement in the activities of the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters.
On 21 October 2025, Zinina was given a two-year suspended sentence.
