Ivan Kuznetsov

Ukrainian serviceman. He was captured in the spring of 2022. According to the court's website, he was charged with participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation, although other Ukrainian servicemen captured at the same time as Kuznetsov were charged with participation in the activities of a terrorist community. The Azov battalion, which the serviceman is accused of being involved in, was recognised as a terrorist organisation in August 2022. Kuznetsov's case came to court in February 2026.
