Ivan Shcherbakov
Biography
A resident of Kansk, Krasnoyarsk Krai. On 9 September 2024, he was detained. Mediazona claims that he was charged with treason as late as November. The grounds for his prosecution were two transfers of money to Ukraine. On 6 October 2025, Shcherbakov was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime penal colony.
