Kirill Seleznev

A resident of St Petersburg. On 19 February 2026, he was detained in a case of calls to terrorism because of comments 2023-2024, in which law enforcers saw calls for strikes on Moscow and the destruction of Moscow and St. Petersburg by drones.

Seleznev was taken into custody on 20 February.
