Konstantin Martsenko
Biography
A resident of Mozhaysk. In 2022 Martsenko was detained on the charge of vandalism, because he toppled the installation in shape of letter Z and tried to set it on fire. Later he also tore up the pro-war banner. On 13 December 2022 Martsenko was sentenced to eight months of restrictions of freedom.
