Konstantin Shushakov
Biography
Resident of Biysk. He was prosecuted for incitement to terrorism because of his comment "Burn the fuck out" to the news about rising sugar prices which was published in March 2022 in the Biysk government's VKontakte group. It is unknown when the case against Shushakov was initiated.
On 30 October 2025, he was sentenced to a fine of 360 thousand rubles.
