Biography
Director of an IT company in Tomsk. A case was brought against him for calls to extremism. In April 2022, Rybakov was fined under the article on discrediting the Russian army. In addition, the defence claims that Rybakov was fined 10,000 roubles under the article on incitement to hatred or enmity (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences) for the post that gave rise to the criminal case. On 12 March 2024, Rybakov was sentenced in this case to two years' suspended sentence. On 3 October 2024, the appellate court overturned the verdict and handed down another one, details unknown. On 27 February 2023, Rybakov's house was searched in the case of repeated discrediting of the Armed Forces. Rybakov said that, in addition to equipment, law enforcers took away a book by politician Boris Nemtsov, who was killed on the same day in 2015. Another case under the same article was opened in the autumn of 2023, later the cases were merged. On 19 February 2025, Rybakov was sentenced on the combined case to a fine of 150 thousand rubles. On 5 May 2025, the court of appeal instance released Rybakov from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
