Mahomed Suleymanov
Biography
A resident of the Astrakhan region, Suleymanov was charged in August 2024 with publicly justifying terrorism, following the publication of materials in a Telegram channel alleged to have endorsed the activities of a pro-Ukrainian terrorist organisation. On 16 September 2025, he was sentenced to a fine of 400,000 roubles.
