In addition, it became known that the man left inscriptions "No to war!" on two buildings and two monuments, namely on the monument to former Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev and on the memorial stone at the base of the Aliyev Square. This was the reason for initiation of a criminal case. On 1 December 2022, the Astrakhan man was sentenced to two years of restricted freedom.
