Maxim Molchanov

Resident of the Leningrad Region. In February 2026, he was prosecuted for calling for terrorism because of a comment that said that in order to end the war against Ukraine, an atomic bomb should be dropped on Moscow and St. Petersburg. On 12 March 2026, Molchanov was taken into custody. A support group claims that he was beaten with a stun gun after his detention.
