The court arrested him in absentia in the case of "fakes" about the Armed Forces, and his property was seized. On 9 September 2022, the Ministry of Justice included Nacke in the register of "foreign agents". On 29 August 2023, Nacke was sentenced in absentia to 11 years in prison.
